As much as their equipment costs, you would think there would be a working app.
2026 version has ruined our experience
Previous version was much in need of an overhaul, unfortunately introduction of a single bug has meant our entire band struggles to use this effectively…
Previous 2025 iteration had no issue loading up again after device screen locks, but on the 2026 version, any time the phone auto-locks or goes to screensaver, the app has to “transfer settings” every time, which can sometimes take up to 60s!
During for practice this is no issue, but For a quick adjustment mid-set this ruins the experience.
Please could this be fixed urgently so the app only loads the settings required, and not the entire X32 config behind the scenes!

It was great!
After the latest upgrade, everything went downhill. Please fix. All of the settings get reset after phone or iPad goes to sleep.
Very bad update
The app was working perfectly until recent updates… sub groups don’t work like they used to, the app closes all the time and needs to recconect every time
, makes it laboratories to fine tune on the spot..
Thank god I use an old phone that I haven’t updated for live.

App does not stay active while
Major problem is the app does not stay awake while in use. The iPhone screen goes back into lock mode.
There was no issue with that with the earlier version.
Now suddenly, you have to turn around get a second to open your phone so you can make an adjustment. That’s not any good at all. While on a gig using both hands.
The old version of the app stayed open on your screen without having to make any phone adjustments. Now every 30 seconds it closes out and it’s rather difficult in a life playing situation to have to put your password in every 30 seconds.

New update has issues
Please please please fix this, prior to the update the app used to stay on when in use. Now it doesn’t - it closes after 30s which is no good when playing live and need to make adjustments.

If trash was an app!
This app was pretty good until the last update! What needs to be done to get it back the way it was.
New update is a downgrade
We use this for worship services & it used to remember our IP address but now has to be manually recentered each time. Frustrating!
Huge step backwards. Horrible app
The update is horrible. The groups are gone and it doesn’t repo d to touch anymore. Made a huge step in the wrong direction. This is a mixer that is very popular and not sure If you guys did any testing prior to the release of this new app. Please fix.
The app was good when it worked
I enjoyed this app as many other apps like this when they worked most of them don’t work won’t allow you to connect wirelessly or with IP address assuming they’re not compatible with iOS 26 if the developer could please update their app so we musicians can continue using it
Missing Functionality
So much of the functionality of the original app is now gone. No more grouping channels in quick access shortcuts. The touch input lags so much. And every time you re open the locked phone it takes minutes to reinitialize.

Cannot filter mixes to MCA assignments anymore
The latest update is unusable. We used to be able to filter out the mixes according to MCA assignments and now that is not available. Have to scroll through all the channels to get to the ones desired. Please reinstate the filters! Thank you
Disconnects too often
The app disconnects from the board too often for it to be adjusted easily. Team finds the ui confusing and cluttered. Previous ui iteration was far more useable.
Bring back groups
Some parts about the update are a little smoother but overall this update was a step back. I use it as a church drummer and previously heavily used the grouping feature. For example I had all the drum mics grouped, our leader and his guitar with click on another, all the instruments grouped, etc.. it’s mildly challenging now to scroll back and forth while playing. Seems to be a universally agreed upon this update needs an update.

Update is awful
Your new update has been rough from connections issues to design to interface. Please consider making some changes.
Need option to keep phone from going to sleep and needing to reconnect
I like the 2.1 update with more sliders on the screen at one time, but it is almost useless because the screen won’t stay on, and then I have to go through the whole reconnection process after the screen goes to sleep.

New update is trash. Screen doesn’t stay open like the old version when it closes you have to reconnect. Also, when you separate your mix in 4 categories, it doesn’t allow you to have those faders in one group. lastly. choosing your mix before you went into it makes it easier to navigate. it kept from having someone accidentally messing with the wrong mix settings.

Update made UI worse
No complaints about the connection to the board (seems to have stabalized), but the user interface is a downgrade compared to the previous version. Having the bus level alongside the mix view makes it frustrating to swipe and see more channels.
