App is fine but missing one big thing

I think the app itself works fine for everything it does and I get my emails in a timely way. The one thing I can’t seem to figure out is what I don’t get notifications for new emails. Notifications are on in settings and enabled in my iPhone settings but I can’t seem to figure that out so that’s a huge bummer. Please fix that if possible please.

Love the service, dislike the app

I cannot log in from the login screen. Instead I have to click create account and it immediately logs me in and I can browse my mail. This is fine except since I’m logged out 99% of the time I don’t get notifications

Issue report

I just created my own domain emails on the main website and I can login just fine on the browser to each of my emails. However I cannot sign in with any email on this app. It shows an error “Not found”

It seems like it’s outdated or not connecting to the server to grab the new emails.

One of the best email hosting services for multiple domains

The pricing is very attractive, and there are (almost always) ongoing promotions, however the users are expected to know some basics around DNS settings i.e. for MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC. There are no restrictions on the number of domains or mail boxes, but there are some restrictions on sending (reasonable for most) and storage.

This app is the mobile version of the CrossBox web application, it is easy to use but there are some kinks needed to be ironed out.
