Misleading.
They started off our church at $228, and then skyrocketed the price to double ($499) because of 4 new features, the breakdown of the invoice says. “Church” prior invoices say “premium content add on” which is the yearly subscription. I emailed customer service for a refund which I thought they processed, it turns out they only refunded the price increase. I explained we do not want to renew, they explained, do it yourself. Which I would, but I can’t give myself a refund, so why not do both when clearly asked for? Turns out it was because they never truly refunded. Just a partial one, for a service we don’t use and a price increase for features we didn’t ask for. I don’t have enough information about our prior plan but even then; under what the website is showing we should never have been charged that much to begin with. We are on the middle tier paying unlimited pricing.

Poor communication
I downloaded this app to get an understanding about mixing live sound, but I never got connected with anyone on through the google meet meeting link. I booked two meetings and never did get connected with anyone.
No love for iPad
I tried loading this on my iPad 2022. I got an iPhone sized screen in the middle of my display. This isn’t a good experience. I suppose I’ll have to view it on my desktop PC.
What I’ve been looking for!
My church has a ton of volunteers, and with that I don’t have the time to train everyone as much as I’d like to. MxU has taken care of that issue for me, and my team has grown so much since we implemented it into our team. So excited for this app now, makes it much easier for my volunteers to learn!

Worth it.
My whole team uses MXU and the app is making it so much easier to access ideas and training tips they’ve maybe forgotten from the quick access of the app.
