Bad Rewards Program
When you accumulate points by ordering through the app, instead of adding points to your account automatically after purchasing, you have to use a SECOND device in order to scan a QR code with your phone that you receive via email after placing your order. It’s pretty archaic. The worst part is you only have a couple days to scan the receipt or else 800 Degrees will tell you the receipt is “too old” and can’t be used for points. They literally give you less then a week to do this. All of these things suggests that 800 Degrees wants to do everything they can to make their rewards program too much of a hassle for customer's to even use while still garnering the good will that comes simply through offering rewards. Pretty darn cheap if you ask me. Additionally, the app has always failed to save my credit card info and it’s very annoying to have to input it every time.

Scam
Huge scam. Ap does not work. Won’t send email verification. Ap support is either a robot or just doesn’t care. Tried creating a new account but still can’t get points earned. I will no longer be eating here.
