APP sucks!

I’ve been a coder for 3 years and this app has never worked correctly. I just re downloaded it to give it another shot, hoping it would be usable. Nope, won’t even let me login!

App not working for iPhone 15 pro max with os version 26.2.1

Even though it’s logging in, it doesn’t show any of my info. While selecting accounts tab it shows “request failed with status code 403”. Plz support how I can get this fixed.

Enter CEUs Manually Doesn’t Work

During the conferences AAPC promoted this app to enter in the CEU’s seamlessly. I tried to enter it in manually and all I kept getting was the AAPC standard webpage. And nothing anywhere as to where I could update it manually. I suggest that the developers login as an AAPC member and try to use their own app to see if they can enter the CEUs manually. It doesn’t work seamlessly. I can see why there’s a low rating. Also, when I was trying to update the incorrect email address. It kept going back to the incorrect email address after I updated it, but when I checked with a online customer service. They said was updated fine. That’s frustrating for a user. The incorrect address should be removed and the corrected address should display. If the app doesn’t work like it’s supposed to what’s the point of it I can just use the desktop version which would be far more accurate.

Needs fixed

I’ve been using this app for several years, sure there were glitches with the webinars but all in all worked great. I deleted the app recently because I was having major issues with every webinar, they would stop playing or just close. Downloaded new app and its worse, won’t load on my screen all all. Finally went into the website to get the webinars. Please fix the app.

New update needs to be fixed!!

We just had a chapter meeting tonight and new members that downloaded the app do not get the ability to pull up a QR code. As an officer, I went ahead and updated my perfectly good app that worked and not only does the new update remove the QR code, it also removes the ability for us officers to scan QR codes for in person meetings. The administrative section is not even there anymore.

It NEVER WORKS!!!

I bought the webinar on-demand package and I downloaded the app so that I could watch the video. The videos never load, I keep getting a server error. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my server, it has to be something with their system. I spent A LOT of money and now it’s just going to waste.

Impossible to use

Got the app so I could watch webinars and complete ceu‘s. Cannot do that on the app. Every time I try to play one (after paying an exorbitant amount of money for access), I get an error message. It’s completely useless.

Worthless App

Can’t do anything in this app. It was great and worked well a few years ago. I could watch webinars and do the post quizzes, but not anymore. AAPC please fix this! We all pay a lot of money for our memberships and if you have an app, please maintain it.

Typical AAPC

With the amount of money they make us spend on membership, books, fees, exams, CEUs, they can’t even bother to maintenance their app? It’s worthless, you can’t do anything in there other than purchase things. But if you try to track CEUs or do anything with your membership or change personal info it doesn’t work. So it’s essentially just another tool for them to make us spend more money. Do better AAPC. Coders are starting to drop your credentials and move over to AHIMA and we are just so tired of it.
