Great app for monitoring and graphing
Used this app with 2 Atlas sensor for 5+ years with AcuRite wifi access device. Flawless and seems to be able to pickup signal for sensors better than displays directly.
Only downside is data only goes back 30 days for graphing..have to save off or generate reports on web site

Software is junk
Display won’t connect to wifi. Seems to be a very common issue that hasn’t been addressed. Received as a gift, would not purchase this product
Apps need be updated because the low battery not showing up

Not easily functional
Good luck getting your wifi to connect and stay connected. Not simple or intuitive, guess my router needs to be set to a special setting to support this AcuRite device, even though every other wifi device in my house automatically connects without issue. Buy a different brand. Maybe one day AcuRite will make it easier for a large customer base. For now they’re happy to take your money and leave you disappointed.

Not Updating
For quite awhile things worked well, but recently the app stopped updating. The last update from my weather station was 12 October 2025 and it is now 21 October 2025. I tried re-installing the app, but no change. I have excellent signal strength between the weather station and the house monitor which is showing accurate data. The only thing not updating is the app. I don’t know what else to check.

Problems and can’t get help
I have tried several different ways to change my WI-FI to see my unit in my app because I changed internet company with no success. Tried reaching out to support but got nothing from them. What do I do? This is so screwed up.
Terrible performance
This app reports wrong information coming from sensor. I deleted the app and reloaded daily. It works briefly then crashes. More trouble than it’s worth.
Update app
This is terrible we bought a second one thinking our device was messed up. The thing does not update app never accurate always either not connecting or having a hard time to get it connected to app.
Doesn’t work
The AcuRite display and weather system work just fine - the app is useless. It doesn’t do anything it is supposed to do. The data on the display is accurate, however the app sits at 70 degrees, & measures nothing. Deleting the app.

This app is completely useless except for the live data when it decides to work. I can’t believe this was approved for release!
Terrible
Once upon a time it was great. Now (May, 2025) it fails to connect to AcuRite Access, fails to store PW in iOS 18.4.1 Passwords app. Online changing of Password fails. Setting up a new account with new email address also fails. The new Iris 5-in-1 weather station (my 4th) works OK, but forget Internet access.

Not working any longer
noticed my actual obs stations and display is showing correct conditions but app is not updating or showing any information and office on weather underground. Is there some fix for this?
Stopped connecting to my weather station
I purchased the 5-1 AcuRite weather station a few weeks ago. I had no issue connecting it to the app. Last week it stopped connecting to the weather station and I have tried everything to reconnect it and nothing works. I think you need to update your app!!! It looks like it’s been years since the last update.

Bugs In App
When doing my weather check in, I noticed the temperature is no longer refreshing, and the graph appears reformatted, but not capturing data. Seems as if there were updates on 02/19/25; but no data loaded to display.
Confirmed batteries are full, display is receiving and displaying current data. WiFi fully connected as sensor as well.

App is very unreliable with Atlas sensors and Wi-Fi displays. Disconnects occur multiple times in a week each lasting multiple hours. Had a 5in1 which worked great with the app for several years.

Sensors are always off-line
The sensors are always off-line regardless how close they are to the head unit inside or outside the house quite frankly this thing is a piece of junk
Great w one big flaw
I like how this app lets me know the weather at home when I’m away. But they really need to improve the scales on the temperature chart. Use whole numbers instead of tenths. Craziest thing I ever saw.
