Cannot access patient portal.
Can’t log in
Managed to set up my account a few months ago but haven’t been able to ever log in since. Server always down or busy. Very disappointing.

This app would be great if it could be accessed. I’ve been able to use it only with administrative help. The server is always busy or down every time I try to log in or change my password. Server busy. Please try again later. Should be the name of the app! Pointless!

Trying to sign up but won’t connect to sever.
This app is horrible
Most of the time App does not work. Pretty much useless. As bad as trying to speak to or get a call back from staff at the office.

Fix your server issues and I’m sure your app would work just fine. Deleting until I see new reviews saying it working.

Fix it! Log in issues all the time. Super slow and most of the time fails.
App doesn’t work
App won’t let you register a new user. Takes FOREVER to load, then gives a “server busy” response, then there are no options for “age bracket” then the app shuts down. No help from chat or customer service. Even the full site online will not function correctly.
Unreliable
I’ve only been able to login to this app maybe two times. Server is always busy. The format of viewing records is not user friendly. Kudos for the effort as it is a big benefit to see lab results and records and make appointments through an app. Unfortunately compared to other medical offices this app is lagging.

Can’t login
Can’t access app to view account because supposedly server has been down for past two months this is horrible.

App NOT working!!
So everything WAS fine and then they decided to change the app in April. Every since May I can NOT log in to see anything. Password reset didn’t work. This new app is junk!!
Can’t log in anymore
I use the app pretty frequently to check my records and most importantly view my appointments and schedule extra ones when needed,but now it wont allow me to log in. i’ve tried the forgot my password function but it tells me servers are busy. since that i’ve gone as far as to contact them through email, but i believe there was a miscommunication of some sort because the information i received was not helpful.

Login Issues
For some reason I’m unable to log into the patient via the app but using the same credentials on a computer provides me access.
