This app needs to be worded on by a smart developer not some wack yall employ, i see no reason why I can’t manage more than a number on one app independently and you can’t register new number on the app, always referring to the old one … it’s a total trash… work on the app.
Unable to access Airtel app immediately I updated it
I just updated my Airtel app and I noticed that it doesn't open anymore.....am i the only one experiencing this or is there anyone else ?
App not working
I updated the app a about two weeks ago and ever it has refused to open up, I have deleted and downloaded it again multiple times but it’s still not working, whenever I click on it open it closes back without any response, please work on it, I have spent over 1gb of data trying to download it again to see if it would work.

You guys made it mandatory to get the app yet the app is so SLOW. I have never in my life begged an app to take my money. Yours is a first.
Work on your website and give users the choice to use any - whether the app or website.

I have 3 Airtel sim and I have them on logged in on My Airtel Africa app, but anytime I try to make a data subscription on the second or third sim, i can’t make payment using the exact sim account balance except the first sim logged in to the app. I hope you understand please work on it
