Seit heute 08.09. tritt der Fehler „Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten . Bitte versuchen sie es erneut…“ beim Öffnen der App immer wieder auf (wird diese Rezession genau so schnell gelöscht wie meine beiden vorherigen ?!) Danke

App is OK, the app struggles to send Air conditioning off quite often and I’d appreciate if there was a function to tell you if the car was locked or if you could lock from the app.

Une application fluide et indispensable au quotidien !
Globalement très satisfait de l'application Alpine. L’interface est fluide et intuitive, ce qui rend la gestion du véhicule très agréable au quotidien. C’est un vrai confort de pouvoir suivre l’état de charge et les informations en temps réel. De plus, la navigation intégrée entre l'application et la voiture fonctionne parfaitement. Je recommande vivement !

Une voiture excellente, mais une application qui n’est pas au niveau
Je suis très satisfait de mon A290 : la voiture est vraiment excellente et je n’ai aucun regret concernant mon achat.
En revanche, je trouve que My Alpine est clairement le point faible. L’application manque d’intégration et de simplicité. Par exemple, lorsqu’on prépare un trajet électrique, elle demande le pourcentage de batterie au départ alors qu’elle connaît déjà le niveau réel de charge du véhicule et l’affiche dans l’application. Ce genre de détail donne vraiment l’impression que les différentes fonctions ne communiquent pas suffisamment entre elles.
J’aimerais également pouvoir déclencher manuellement le préconditionnement de la batterie depuis l’application, notamment avant une recharge rapide.
Enfin, je trouve dommage qu’une voiture aussi aboutie repose encore principalement sur Google Maps pour sa navigation et sa planification électrique. Google Maps fonctionne bien, mais Alpine devrait à terme proposer son propre système de navigation, entièrement pensé pour ses véhicules électriques et intégré à la gestion de la batterie, des recharges et du préconditionnement.
Quand on voit ce que proposent aujourd’hui certains concurrents, on se dit qu’Alpine peut clairement faire mieux.

Easy to use brilliant app love it
Datenfreigabe fehlt über Nacht ?
Seit heute benötigt die APP eine „neue“ Datenfreigabe ?! Warum ? Keine Änderung durch Anwender initiiert ? (wird diese Rezession genau so schnell gelöscht wie meine beiden vorherigen ?!) Danke
Glitchy, but useful
The images of my car now have white wheelarches, for some reason. Similarly the lower coloured stripe displays as white instead of blue. But the wheelarch glitch is very recent, and also shows on the "Technical Data" page where the full option specification is shown.
In terms of usefulness it's great when there aren't backend outages. Particularly useful to see after I've dropped off my vehicle at the Alpine service centre to see when they eventually bother to start working on it from its updated location and time, I can see that over a day after dropping it off, it hasn't moved from the car park outside.

Es ist nicht meine erste App. Ich hatte bereits einige andere. Und es war absoluter Standard, dass für den Fahrzeugzustand nicht nur die Angaben über die Verriegelung von Fenster, Türen und Kofferraum verfügbar waren, es konnte die Verriegelung auch über die App ausgeführt werden. Dementsprechend groß war meine Enttäuschung, dass hier lediglich die Gesamtfahrleistung einzusehen ist. Für diese Information eine eigene Kategorie „Fahrzeugzustand“ anzulegen ist eigentlich nur peinlich.

Needs Work
Firstly, Alpine’s in app review prompt will filter off anyone answering “No” when asked if they are enjoying the app and not direct to the App Store, so we’ll knock a star off straight away for trying to game reviews. The app functionality is hugely limited for A110 owners vs. other Alpine products and other brands. No remote lock or unlock. No vehicle status. No remote cooling. No journey history. A “privileges/store” screen that has been blank since day one. The only functionality is (very unreliable) TPMS and frustratingly, the service history, which could just be a book. For a premium brand’ premium product, it’s not good enough.

Doesn’t work
Literally nothing on the app works. A/C, lights or horn. All I get is error messages despite disconnecting from the car and restarting the whole process. t’s extremely buggy and way behind the competition in terms of features. Disappointing to say the least.
Utterly useless!
The app needs redesign from the ground up. It is not functional! On a good day your command may go to the car, most days you have to send it 3-4 times before it’s registered. Not user friendly at all!

App logged me out, cannot login again still, days later. 🤷♂️
Initial setup of the app with my Alpine A290 worked seamless, however I recently opened the app (had. It even updated the app) and as I logged in, the App randomly kicked me out and asked me to log back in. However this just fails due to never getting the access code to login with. So infuriating and I suspect a background app update may have taken place causing the issue, but yet to be confirmed. I have tried re-installing, checking junk folders and server for blocked emails etc, yet still I cannot access the app with my active and valid account.
As a result of this issue, I can no longer track the GPS of my car in the incident of a theft, I am also unable to any of the other features only available in the app.
I love the car, but such a shame the Renault built (and Alpine skinned) app is the core letdown for this product.
Also Roof bars are a nightmare if you wanted to do the odd Kayak here and there, plus with the current 30+ degree temperatures here in the UK, being unable to enable the air-con in advance of entering the car has already caused issues as I could not touch certain elements of the car due to their sheer temperatures i.e. my seatbelt buckle, which was like touching a hot iron.
Car is great, but the App seriously makes me question keeping the car if so much is reliant on the App working without issue.

Connection with car has dropped, boot up of app very poor. Reset the app to original status pls
Not user friendly or updating
The app lay out is ok, however there could be more features and the app continuously freezes and doesn’t update. I’ve tried reinstalling it, reconnecting it to my car and shutting it down. But the battery level is never correct, nor is the charging status and sometimes it won’t load at all. Trying to give it a chance but very sticky.

Had for 2 weeks and app runs about 12 hours behind. Shows as charging when finished and last location was yesterdays location so pointless having it

Bei der App scheint etwas nicht zu stimmen. Beim Aufrufen bekommt man immer einen 2 Stunden alten Stand des Autos mitgeteilt. Z.B. sieht man über die App nicht, dass das FZG gerade lädt, obwohl es am Strom angeschlossen ist.
