Why isnt there a language choice…arabic for instance is the language of the country. Is this app only designed for french speakers? French is the language of the colonizer. Why is it still given such importance.

No English no Arabic languages, only french speaking people can use this app apparently.

منتجات تصل في ظرف 3 ايام من دولة الشراء للمغرب و عندما تصل الى المغرب 20 يوم لم تتحرك أسوأ خدمة وتقيم خير دليل ان كان هنالك مسؤولون شباب فيجب عليهم تحرك لإصلاح الامر

Inaccurate tracking and terrible service.
Tracking says “Shipped from Amana center” then “Delivered to Amana Centre” and it keeps doing that every day, No information about which city or ETA.

Amana ? Worst service ever , I’m supposed to have my package by now , it’s been delivered a week ago and I already tracked it , and they said so .but now when i want to track it they say ´ there’s no package with this code ‘ then what ? They probably gonna deny the fact that they had it at the first place .
Let’ not forget how bad they treat they clients nd how slow the service is ...

احذرو التعامل مع هذه الشركة شركة نصابة...وكم من عميل سرقو طرده بحجة عدم التوصل او غلط في الكود او عطب تقني ...المرجو الحذر من ارسال شيء ثمين

I know developpers dont have the sufficient resources but the app is good, theres little bugs but nothing that cant be fixed.
Tracking doesn’t work
Tracks doesn’t work on my amana app at the main time but working on poste.ma, when you fix that I’ll consider changing this one star to 5
Bad service, not recommended
They don’t take care of the your parcels, high fees, bad customer service, I would rather choose DHL or UPS than this company. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Nothing works, there are bugs everywhere.
can’t even save the tracking numbers i filled in in the past. use other 3rd party apps, or poste.ma website.
