Effectively useless app now
As noted in several previous reviews in 2025, nearly zero links work in the main selection menu, making this an essentially useless app for most intended functions. This app was a primary way to request service from the Arlington County government, and it’s been rendered useless by the lack of attention to the app. If we can only use the mobile web, please just discontinue the app if it won’t be updated.
It’s also worth noting the app is really just the main menu that then opens a mobile browser page to execute the function selected on the app main menu. So, really, the app is just a top layer entry point to the mobile website. Nonetheless, the app saved me from logging in to the website repeatedly and having to select my location, etc. The modicum of convenience was worth downloading the app. Given the simple nature of the app itself, I can’t imagine updating it would take a lot of dev time, which makes the lack of an update even more shameful. Do better, Arlington County.

Link don’t work
I’ve not used in sometime but several of the links don’t work including the report a problem.
This app literally doesn’t work
Can’t click on anything. None of the links work. It won’t redirect you to anywhere. Someone needs to fix this and then keep it updated so it’s accessible and doesn’t fall behind like this.

Most links are not functional such as “Request Service” and “Service Directory”
Links no longer work
I’ve been using this app for years, but most of the links no longer work, including the event, events, calendar, service request, and even the feedback link to report issues is no longer working! Please fix this!!
Can’t request service anymore
As usual, someone makes an update and it doesn’t work. I guess I can’t complain that they skipped our street yard waste pickup.
Bus/metro real time arrivals
I downloaded this app thinking I could get real-time arrivals for ART but nothing loads into that page.
Buggy
Signing up or submitting service requests do not work. Won’t recognize username and email address when signing up.
Really?
I really have no idea if this app is useful because IT WOULD NEVER LET SET UP AN ACCOUNT. I have set up my CAAP account but when I try to set up this app, I fall into a circular loop. It was so much easier to request services from Arlington County before they decided to “improve” things. A real step backwards.

Absolutely worthless app
This app is completely worthless. For example -- there are too many to list -- if a topic/item is listed, go ahead and click on it: there are absolutely no details. So what's the point? Worthless app. Wonder how much Arlington County spent on this.
