I’m trying to register and the only option for the date of birth is today’s date I cannot manually enter it
App crashes
Can’t even use app, it opens then immediately crashes and closes.
I’m supposed to tap back through 66yrs month by month to enter my birth date ????
Stupid before I even got in 👎🏼
Quality of the app
Honestly this app looks sketchy and almost fake but it is legit. Find a doctor link does not work and the quality of the UX is very bad, this app needs a refresh ASAP. Nothing compared to the competitors.
Horrible
This app does not work. All it does is sit there and spins. It constantly locks me out because it says my password is wrong. I even changed my password and it still says it is wrong. Not user friendly as I can not find anything that I am looking for it I happen to get logged in. Your website is just as bad. Please fix and update this app. It doesn’t do a person any good to use it if it doesn’t work.

Find a doctor button doesn’t work
It’s nice that I can use this app to show my insurance card if I forgot it and se other important information for my account but I mainly downloaded this app to easily find a doctor near me that accepts this insurance but the Find a Doctor button doesn’t do anything.
Are they ever going to fix this‽ DOES NOTHING!
Log in to watch a loading circle spiral endlessly. That is all this app does. App fails worse than the for-profit insurance industry fails the patient. Single payer/Medicare for all is needed to eliminate this nonsense.
UPDATE: SIX MONTHS LATER AND THIS APP STILL DOES NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! Endless loading circle, no other function!

Very convenient!
Love this app! I can lookup all of my claims. Use it for my ID card, lookup doctors in network, and view my benefits. One stop shop for my medical benefits!
