I have asked customer service to delete my account because there is no way on the app and it has been 2 weeks and they still have not deleted my account.

My free reading was one of the most accurate readings I have received on any app.
Reading twice
Both my reading told me my ex doesnโt have feelings an has meet someone new but my ex contacted me expressed cried an is putting effort to rebuilding our relationship. He expressed his love an commitment I have now meet his parents which is a huge step which is completely opposite of what my readings expressed. I would give no stars at this point I even asked after the fact an still same results
