Terrible app
Nothing about this app works. Receiving login verification codes via text doesn’t work. Calling customer support via the app doesn’t work. I have all of my account info, but unable to actually log into the account. Avoid.
Terrible glitchy app
The app often freezes up and now is hung up the third step in the sign up process. I’m unable to move to the next step so it’s unclear if opening a new account is even possible. If the app is this glitchy, I’m not sure I’m comfortable with trusting it with my finances.

Works about half the time
Not sure if the bank or the app are the issue. At first it rejects valid logins for technical reasons. On a separate occasion it locked me out of my account for mistyping my password once. On a weekend. Of course cannot get back in without contacting customer service, where the phone hangs up automatically before you actually speak with anyone. The AI assistant is pointless because it just tells you to call. It’s a circular firing squad. Trying to make a transfer it asks to verify the transfer by typing two characters as a single character- HOW???? How do you type 5º as one character? In a word, a nightmare.

The app does not recognize the passport
At the moment I try to upload a photo of my passport it says “capture failed”. I’ve tried everything and it just don’t let me advance in the process. Neither with iOS nor AND devices. Please fix this.
Impossível abrir conta
Impossível prosseguir com a abertura de conta, pois tava na parte de confirmar o número de celular: recebo o SMS com o código, insiro, mas diz código incorreto/erro etc. Péssimo!
Aplicativo falho e suporte indisponível
O App trava ao tentar entrar e depois aprece a mensagem que o App foi bloqueado por várias tentativas de senha incorreta. Além disto há duas semanas tento conto tá com o suporte do banco por vários meios e não há nenhum resposta.

Fine when it works which is rare. Current bug - An SMS code is required to login but they acknowledge in the latest version, the SMS doesn’t work with US telephones.

Every single time I try to initiate the video call to establish my identity, the app crashes.

Estou há dois dias tentando uma chamada com um especialista de identificação e até agora nada, na primeira tentativa eu passei mais de 1h esperando e nada, não tem um fila para que o cliente fique sabendo quantos faltam para ser atendido, não temos o dia todo para ficar na frente de um telemóvel esperando a boa vontade do banco para ser atendido. No meu ver um grande desrespeito com seu futuro cliente.

Last verification step doesn’t work
Last step of opening the account doesn’t work: no one comes on to verify identity. Support is helpless (the upside here is that they replied!), telling me I need to start over because it’s been more than 90 days since I started (nonsense).
