Stay away!
Stay away from this card! An ATM didn’t give me my money on this card and still took it out of my account. This company wants me to jump thru hoops and fill out paperwork, this and that to get MY money back! I feel like it’s their responsibility to seize transactions from the ATM company. I didn’t ask for this. Such an inconvenience

I know app creators like to go off the good reviews , they also need to go off the BAD REVIEWS TOO.
This app doesn’t work and it has errors loading card information, resetting password, or username. You cannot navigate this as a regular app. FIX THIS PROBLEM. people shouldn’t have to call in every single time to see their balance.

Rewarding excellence doesn’t care if someone steals your money
Pretty upset that when a fraudulent charge was made on my card they did nothing but issued a new card. They told me I had to dispute the transaction on their website to get my stolen money back. They said they couldn’t help me set up the dispute and their website keeps taking me to weird website searches. Their website on the back of the card that is on the back of their card is a fake website. I can normally navigate a website but really believe I was set up to fail. I’ve never been treated so bad by a card company.

Not working!
Haven’t been able to log in lately.
Cumbersome
Lately I have to sign in with a password and a code that is emailed. I set up face recognition but it doesn’t work. It wouldn’t be too awful if I just had to enter a password but getting an email code each time is a bit much.
Not Working
I have been getting “Sorry we are unable to process your request. Please try later”. I have had this issue for almost a year. When are you to fix this issue. It was great when it worked but now it is a waste.

That phone broke, and fell back to iPhone 5... app didn’t let me log in. Assumed issue was obsolete phone

Doesn’t work
Could I give a negative star for wasting my time? Lol. Cards active.... put in all my info.... put in the activation code and it just thinks then times out. Tried to also login thinking perhaps it worked but just didn’t tell me...... nope logging in does the same thing. App is worthless don’t waste your time.
