Needs Update
The last update for this app was over 4 years ago. After launching it on my iPhone it is out of date mechanically wise and not information wise. I believe it can be improved to ease the way it’s used. Very blocky and a smaller screen than my larger iPhone allows.
Helpful…sometimes
Overall this is a very helpful app! As an architecture student interning at a local firm, I find it easy enough to enter my reports.
My only complaints as of September 2023 are as follows:
-no iPad optimization. I’m currently typing this on an ipad and it’s very annoying to now have the app use the whole screen.
-does not remember employers or their information
-does not remember AXP supervisor or their information.
Again, a very helpful app, just with a few UI/UX issues. (which is somewhat comical in its irony as we are designers)

Missing subtraction
You can’t delete added hours.
Easy to record AXP hours
It’s an excellent tool that NCARB has created for people that want to record AXP hours! Hope they can keep innovating the way of examínate each candidate
Would be helpful if…
The app would let you know why a report could not be submitted instead of relying on the user to figure it out.

A starting point
Wish I could see my exam statuses and schedule them from the app. It’s not all about the hours. Seeing the percentages is helpful, but maybe showing the saved/not approved hours in those graphs as well. A good start I just want it to show more information
Sometimes brevity can be misleading.
The error messages are not detailed enough for you to figure out what you need to do to not get said error. It can be frustrating.
Edit feature request
I love it ! I would like to be able to edit the hours I save when I make mistakes though
Great but needs improvements
It gets the job done. However, I am not sure how this looks in other phones but I have an iPhone XSMax and it does not fill up the screen. The app should be updated to adjust to fit to the phone screens. Also I know ncarb sends emails about approved hours it would be great to get a notification on the app also about hours approved.

Login doesn’t work
The info I use to login online doesn’t work on this app. It must be out of date.
Works but out of date
The app works for what it’s supposed to do but it’s 2 years out of date and hasn’t been updated to work properly on the new generations of iPhones. The app also signs out automatically instead of remaining logged in. These two issues would be fairly easy to fix and I hope to see them in an update soon. For an app that’s supposed to be used by people in the design field, it would be nice to see an app that reflects that both graphically and through a better UI

NCARB Attention needed!
This may be a review for both NCARB and the app but if you work overtime, it doesn’t allow you to edit the report or submit the report if the total hours are greater than the “initial average hour input” THAT IS TERRIBLE!
Cannot add report with new employer
This app does not allow creating reports under a new employer. I logged in online to do this as the app suggested, but that new report didn't sync to the app (now several weeks later.) NCARB customer service was unhelpful in answering my questions.

Emerging Professional “must have”
A solid app for recording AXP hours. You will appreciate the Bar diagrams and the ease of the app. Overall a very nice interface. Built for convenience, and it works. Great for recording and tracking your progress. Good luck my fellow Archis!
iPhone X compatibility please
It’s a good app that allows you to accurately track your hours. I just wish it was optimized for iPhone X.

Great App!
I am currently going through the licensing process and this app has made it a lot easier to submit my hours. It also helps to remind me to submit my hours on a more regular schedule.
