Something was updated and now there are parts of the app like scheduling that is no longer in English when the app is set to English

I am disappointed that such a fine hospital has such a terrible app. The app requires users to photograph their passport. First it says “passport no” (number). It then changes to photograph of “passport”. (Not the same.) The photo-taking page has an odd framing box that is unexplained. Unlike most apps it does not give you feedback as you try to take the photo. Over and over choosing “submit” just leads to an explanation that you must re-take the photo. Then, after 10 tries or so, it locks you out and tells you to contact registration personally. Meanwhile, it does not give you the option to simply upload a proper scan of the passport. The app was clearly designed by somebody with insufficient programming skills, and apparently not tested with users to learn it shortcomings. Save a few minutes of your life. don’t bother downloading.

No access to medical data
Initial log in was quick and simple. But then nothing. I am unable to access medical records. Only thing I can do is make appointments and see when I had appointments.
Needs to be withdrawn and re-issued when improved.

Won’t let me register. Says field cannot be blank but all fields are filled.
