Rude sellers
Tried to purchase a bag from ig and the seller was rude and no sense of customer service. Will never buy from them. Im not sure if others have experienced their rudeness,

I love to shop at your page, however this app is very annoying. Keep popping out and i gotta re-launched for hundred times to load products. Please maintain and improve, and let me shop.

I kept install, uninstall and after few months install it again; still same issue. Keeps crashing and closed suddenly when i try to sort the categories. Just close this apps, and focus on website that are more stable. Easier to browse thru. I dont understand why the bags bunny team decided for this apps when it is really a half done job.

Cant scroll that long. Keeps crashing. Also cant the pics wont load when i choose to see from lowest price to highest.

Needs improvement
The app is not user friendly. Tried to filter and browse but kept crashing. Tried the chat option as well but very limited since it is a set of preset questions. Never received a response and few days later item was taken down (maybe sold). Hope it can be improved.

The app is not user friendly in order to avoid seller speak to buyer directly, they have set fee preset questions.
Buyer are unable to ask any other questions. Even when you approach the customer service, they will tell you that they do not know as the stock was not with them( marketplace)

The app crashes every single time when I launch it. You don’t even feel like launching app after a few round

Apps keep crashing
A few review are saying the same. Even when there is an update but the apps still keep crashing. Please fix this matter.
Always crash
I love the ease of browsing the items. However, it really frustrates me each time in the middle of browsing, the app always crash. Can somebody from your IT dept fix it please?

The app keeps closing itself after a few minutes
oversized picture and app keeps closing
Not sure why when click into the pictures it's oversized and cannot zoom in or out. it keeps bouncing back to oversized image. after 15 mins browsing the app keeps closing/ skipping. hope can improve the experience.
Unstable app
I think it’s good that they launched an app for ease of convenience but the app itself is super unstable - constantly crashes and sometimes takes forever to load the pictures. Wished there was also an option to save certain items under Favourite.

Apps always crash and laggy. In less an hour, the apps crashed for more than 5 times. Kindly fix this.
