Pets aren’t work feeding.

You used to be able to simply purchase the pet food with in-game cash or diamonds but now this most recent update has looks like Bungie or Ubisoft helped design it. Want to feed your pet? Microtransaction. How disappointing. Further updates like this one will only encourage current users to uninstall the app.

I love this game. Just keep working on bug fixes! 🤍

The things that I love most about this game is that it captures and holds my attention. The graphics are beautiful and the new update makes the graphics look a lot better and everything is fit to screen one thing. I’m noticing after this update is the ball drop when you’re researching your recipes it is like kind of lagging And if there was like better pricing for the no ad option, that would be awesome

Data loss

Honestly, it had me until the app randomly launched the tutorial in the middle of gameplay. It was so cute and I loved the story. I only closed and reopened the app to find that all of my progress was gone. I played for weeks too, which makes it more disappointing. It lost me. I can’t build progress over and over and have it be subject to random deletion.

Great potential! However it needs quite a bit of polishing.

The number of ads aren’t the main issue (at least considering the insane number of ads in most iOS games nowadays) but rather the bugs. Almost every feature that has a countdown timer is bugged to stay at full time. The only benefit this has given me is an endless supply of free ingredients time since watching one ad allows you to get 10 minutes of free ingredients. The timer never goes down unless you close the app for a bit, but you can always reactivate it. This is just one example, however the crops also don’t grow unless the app has been closed for a significant amount of time, often a full day! If you tap the crop you can watch the timer slowly reach zero, but nothing grows! The moment you tap again the timer resets! Timers for the next free items never change until the next day. It is annoying.

Now the other big issue: inconsistent wordings and names for things! There are items that have been incorrectly named wether it be due to possible misidentification, a loss in translation or just inconsistency. The “cooler” is just a shelf at first. It doesn’t gain anything that resembles a fridge or cooler until level 5. At level 7 for whatever reason the name becomes “deco fish tank” before upgrading it to show “minimal cooler”. Blueberry pancakes are called Blueberry muffin. A daily task on day 5 refers to “fishing guys” that don’t exist. The “vintage noodle cabinet” means the “vintage flour cabinet” That sort of thing.
I hope to see these issues resolved in the future.

Progress locked behind ads

You can play for all of 5 minutes before being required to watch ads to do literally anything. The alternative is waiting an hour to get one thing done. Game has zero substance, only ads.
