This free App was designed by Bradford District Care NHS Trust and includes lots of handy links and resources, including:
- We believe Your Voice Matters. Tell us about your experience with us to help us get services and care right for you
- Map and directions to help you find your local services
- My Services: access useful information on a range of useful services for patients
- Videos: sharing valuable healthcare information
- Health Hub: receive messages, news and information directly from your health care providers
You can use this app without registering. But you can personalise it by registering and setting up an account using the My Settings button. This will make it more relevant for you.
