The app is fantastic, it’s just that if you need support you have no access to an actual human being. I spent a good amount of time to try and receive a call back from a human being only to have the AI tell me that none of the times worked and ‘ooops we’re having difficulties with our call back system, bye’!

Virgin is the best Canadian network
Even when I have travelled state side, reception is clear and easy, and the only one I could use in Cuba last year without any hassle. Looking at switching internet at home and the office when my contract is up with Bell….have to learn how to stream so that I can get what I want, and watch the programmes that are of interest. Love Virgin airlines too! Not certain if there is any connection but I have switch my elderly parent to a plan, and now my Brother is a member as well.

Over ten years and not a single win
Yes many people play but to go sooo many years without one single win. Just shows to me and my friends who have left virgin mobile just not worth scratching.
Also the cost of the plans for existing virgin Mobil member’s is way out of line with the competitors
