App does not save the bill of sales

App has not worked for years. They only charge you for the subscription and they will respond saying which email you can email them for a refund but they do not fix the issue.

App won't save after you pay and developer response is all the same automated bull. It's a shame, I really liked the app and would be willing to pay the $5 per month for the service but the service simply doesn't work

Please fix this!

I am thinking there is no more support for this app. I wish there was as this is so simple and creates a perfect bill of sale.

Won’t allow you to download your bill of sale or purchase the app so that you can download it.

Hi Coiytipi, Please let me know the issues you are facing. We are currently working on a new version of this app. Regarding payments, they are for maintaining the app and covering its expenses for the store.

Hi, All payments and cancellation are handled by Apple. You can cancel your subscription in Settings - > Select your Apple ID -> Subscriptions. From there you can cancel it. Thanks

Paid for subscription now the app won’t allow me to make the bill of sale and download it. Very unpleased with this.

Don’t pay the $4.99. It doesn’t work!!!!

I should have read other ratings. I paid the $4.99 subscription and I can’t save the .pdf. I also checked my subscriptions and it shows paid.

App took my money for a subscription but didn’t let me use the features and won’t issue a refund lol crazy.

Paid for it but still won’t work

Paid for monthly subscription but still will not let me create or save any PDF. And you also cannot even contact them as the URL doesn’t work. App simply does not work.

Piece of crap!!

I purchased it and filled out all of the info and it wouldn’t work. I tried it 3 times uninstalling it and reinstalling it and repurchasing it but every time failed. Waste of my time and energy!!!!
