Unusable
App is completely unusable. Login fields aren’t visible. Embarrassing for TSTT that this is what they expect customers to use.
Just Bad
Please! PLEASE, fix your app, while using “dark mode” you can’t see text within their respective fields, come on i know you’re old school but care enough to update your app!!! Ui is horrible!! How can I trust this app to enter my cc information to pay a bill? DO BETTER!
Dark mode
Please enable dark mode on this app. I use dark mode on my phone and because your app doesn’t use the feature I have to turn off dark mode system wide to be able to see my account information. I will probably end up deleting the app because it’s really annoying having to constantly turn off dark mode just to pay my bills.

Horrible
This app is horrible for a service provider, you don’t see anything on the app and when logging in there isn’t any words like the preview shows to indictate where is username, password etc etc.
Usless app
I downloaded the other bMobile app to get information on available prepaid packages, and was directed to download this app, which took me to my browser, where I had to chat with a bot that could not answer my question, or link me with a human agent because they are only available Monday to Friday 08:15 - 16:00 GMT-4, so it ended the chat before I could ask another question.
