I’ve been using the app for a long time (years). So far no problem always in hand easy to access use and set . Only issue I have found and it’s no a biggie it’s to adjust for the screen on the calendar or dates selection part. That I don’t see part of the top or the bottom part . And it’s a little hassle to move or select from dates to month. But besides that it’s the best app for appointment scheduled that I’ve had so for. Thanks for creating it.

Really like this app but one thing needs to be changed.
I have had this app for several years bit would love to use it more. It is really a decent app but when scheduling appointments it's a headache adding a client. I don’t know why they wouldn’t make it allowing you the ability to just type in a the clients name. Them having to be in your contacts or searching for them- it’s just a headache. A lot of times I don’t want to use the app just because of that.
Come on... You all know we are all about convenience and the less time we have to spend finding a client or if they are new we have to create a contact for them in our phone before we can add them to our scheduler in the app?!??! I really hope this can be changed.

Need updates
It has been too long since you had a new update. New phone System is coming out need updates to go with it. Will give 5 stars after the updates. Will be nice if you Could of added tips, cash ,check, or card payments too. And send a reminder to clients also. Syncing between iPad and iPhone should do better. Instead of always having to back up. Use your app for a very long time and was loving it. Well not mine to pay a little something for it If it was more accommodating.

Still can’t see the date!
I’ve done a back up and deleted the app and reinstalled it! Still doesn’t fit the screen on my iPhone! So frustrating! Please update again so I can see all the info!
Used to be good
I loved this app but now it deletes clients and appointments now. I bought a paper book. It seems like technology can’t be trusted.
No backups!
I love the App. My issue is it says it’s doing a back up but I never receive the email to retrieve or restore and now all info is gone. I reached out twice to support no response.
New update is horrible
I’ve been using this app for years with little problems. The latest update is messed up. You have to go around the long way to put a new client in, there is no history for clients now, and I’ve had people disappear. In 25years of doing hair, I can count on one hand how many times I double booked or forgot to put someone in. In the past week, it’s happened twice. I had to buy a paper book to be sure it doesn’t happen again. So frustrating. No response when I emailed them.

Please fix
Update: they fixed it☺️After your last update I can’t add clients from my contacts anymore. It only lets me add clients I’ve already had or make new ones. I can’t associate my new clients with their numbers now. Please fix this. This app has been great for years idk what’s going on🤷🏼♀️

Recent update
This recent update is horrible.
It’s not letting me book appointment from my appointment book only from client list.
It no longer allows me to get to my personal contacts from tapping on the name while on the app.
When I click on a certain date to make an appointment, it brings me back to today’s date

I am really having problems with this app not responding to my client list it need to be fixed I updated the app and it’s still not working!!!! Help now
Can’t see appointments
When using the dark mode on iPhone it doesn’t allow appointments to be seen with the new update. I’ve never had any issues with this app until now! PLEASE FIX IT BACK!

I email few time to Costimer serves abut the issue but it didn’t fix and it is not used full anymore

I’ve had issues reviewing customers information with this app. Contacted customer service several times to fix the issue and have had no responses to my several emails
I’ve lost all of my formulas & can’t get any help!!
I’ve had this same app for years. Yes. I’ve done my back ups. I have an iPhone. When I updated to iOS14 then iOS14.2 I lost all of my color formulas for my clients hair!
Also I can no longer call my client from the date,schedule and time from they were coming in. Instead of dialing their number it crashes!
It gives me the app logo My Book of Clients.
I have emailed the developers several times and not heard back. This is the only reason I felt I had to come and do this way.
When all attempts on my side of trying to restore it failed.
I felt like had other option. Hopefully someone can contact me and help me resolve this issue.
