Dommage que sur les anciennes versions d’ iOS ( qui ne peuvent pas être mise à jour ) cela ne fonctionne plus.

worst shipping company ever
Bpost is a scam. disgustingly horrible company. they overcharge with scam fees and when you try to dispute the amount when it’s wrong (I already paid vat through the business and they charged me again) they TRIPLE the amount instead of removing it. this country allows scammers to take over their shipping duties and it’s disgusting.

L’application est bien, très fluide.
Mais un problème assez dérangeant est présent depuis des mois et des mois… les arrêts restants…
Les arrêts restant s’affichent lorsqu’on clique sur un colis puis disparaît instantanément… pour afficher de nouveau le nombre d’arrêts restant, il faut relancer l’application à chaque fois…

I couldn’t write my address in Barcelona
“You have to chose city/ postal code from the list” but there’s no Barcelona, and the delivery is going to Barcelona. So I couldn’t track the shipment.
Poor Service for Foreigners
Tried to hold my mail for the holidays, and am unable to do so, since the app won't let me change my nationality to a non- Belgian nationality (and forces me to give a national ID number which I do not have, rather than my foreigner number). Careless development has now added new stress to my holidays.
