Unsupported url !!!
I am constantly getting unsupported url whenever I use this app in my iPhone! Every time I will have to delete this app and reinstall it, can’t the developers fix this silly and annoying problem? How many more years we have to wait for them them to resolve this issue. Pathetic!
Getting error while clicking on pay bill
Getting “unsupported url” while clicking on pay bill option from last month. Might be a backend issue. Could you please fix it? I am using this app only for paying bills.
Unsupported URL notification
Whenever I am trying to pay the bill through this app, I am getting a notification message as ‘ unsupported URL’ and it is not allowing me to proceed.

Security & view bill
Good initiative to have the app. But as others also mentioned, the security seems to be compromised on this app. Even while we register profile, it's not checking the authenticity either by OTP or some other way of validation. Also don't see log off/logout as well. Better to utilize the same credentials of WebPortal for login/logout/other operations of account.
Secondly, it doesn't seem to have view bill option.. can we enhance the app??

Will you send an update in this century?
The app is outdated. Seems from stone age. Please look at the app from other service providers like Airtel, Jio etc and provide useful stuff in the app. One for example, show the balance, expiry date, VAS activated and recharge plans and connect payment to banks and wallets so that people have a reason to have this app and you get benefit out of it too.

Useful app with a security flaw
Today I noticed a security issue with the iOS app v1.2.1.
Under Pay bill section, if I enter anybody`s landline number I can see their registered name, account number & bill amount. This is a serious security issue. This way, one can get the name, account number and bill amount of all BSNL
subscribers.
Even though names and numbers are not confidential information, the bill amount need not be open to public. Just ask for account number before showing bill amount. That will suffice.
Other than that this app is really a time saver. I pay my parents phone bills from USA.

Not worth for 1 star
I think they don't know why they developed the app .I have been paying my landline bills online for last 2 years through web portal and here no sign in option to retrieve my data.
Please sync up the app with web portal else scrap the app.

Weak and Faulty
Needs improvement. Was able to check broadband usage in previous version. The updated one doesn't work as well.
