It has recently been very buggy - the map and lists keep shrinking to the top of the screen
Glitches Regularly
The app is pretty much unusable. It glitches and keeps raising the bottom control bar up until it covers everything and you have to close the app.
The app is glitching wildly and is unusable
Pretty much the title: in the past few weeks, the app allows the ads to take over the entire screen, and there is no way to correct it. Just downloaded the app for the 4th time with the same results. No reply from support, and the App Support link on the App Store listing is broken.
Ad is bugging
When I open the app, there’s a small black bar that keeps going up from the bottom of the screen and covering everything up making me unable to click any of the bus stops. Once it eventually covers the whole screen up, it turns into an ad. What the heck.

A lot of times it says no buses coming in the next 60 mins
Refresh
It would be even better if you didn’t have to refresh the screen.
UNRELIABLE
These bus times are almost never accurate. I am standing in the pouring rain because the app said the bus was coming in 8 minutes. i get to the bus stop and the time has changed to 20 minutes. how is that accurate or fair
Navigating
The navigation feature worked well on iPhone before January 2025 but not after. Now you have to use the clunky website. Really inconvenient and frustrating now.

Fix navigation tab
I have gotten lost twice because the navigation tab is broken. That was the most useful part of the app that really separated it from other apps. Please fix it for the people who don’t have their bus routes memorized (aka me) and also it’s cold and I don’t want to get stranded

Tldr Google/Apple maps have better transit navigation now which makes this app obselete

Helpful App
After playing with the app for a while, I was able to figure out how to use it. Once I figured out how to use it, I see that this an app worth having. The bus time schedules provided on the app are spot on. The locations of where to catch the bus are spot on.
Me personally I don’t have any gripes about the app. Only improvements I can see is maybe including routes to specific locations. Like if I’m looking to get to the Post Office in Champaign, I could input my ‘to’ location to the “Post Office” and app could provide routes to get to Post Office from where I am.
I also had problems with my cardinal directions (North, East, West, South, NE, etc.). I missed the bus by being at the wrong stop. I was supposed to be the bus stop going NW per the app, but I was at the stop going the opposite direction and I just had to watch the bus drive by lol. So it’s anyway improve the app to better serve those who have troubles with their cardinal directions, they would be helpful.

Where’s 9A?
Every morning I look on the app for 9A Brown it comes around 7:25 but it’s not on there. Though the bus is coming. It always comes but the app won’t show it

Works great and doesn’t eat my battery
Another popular app tends to use a lot of battery power when tracking buses. This app does not. It is useful for also seeing where the buses are on their routes.
