I'm sorry you feel that way about a commuter app for the Apple Watch. OneBusAway does not have Apple Watch support, nor does it have as many regions as this app, and uses more iPhone battery when it uses GPS to display maps. When I have a stop selected on my Apple Watch, each time I raise my wrist, the latest stop information shows in under a second. If this is not the case for you, then please send a message to bugs@orologics.com. The price per stop (~$0.49) on My Bus Times is less than a single transit fare these days. And you're free to repurpose any stop to whatever stop you need at the time if you want to save money.
Best Nextbus app for Apple Watch, but hard to set up
This app is the only one that works well across the country on the Apple Watch and is the only one I use. It's a little complicated to set up your favorite stops, but once you do, the selection screen opens on your watch quickly. You click on a stop and details pop up quickly. A big number at the top counts down the minutes until the next bus. If the stop serves multiple lines you can touch the big number and it will switch to the next line. I leave this screen showing on the watch until the bus is visible so I can raise my wrist at any point and immediately see the big number.
If you scroll down from the big number, you get smaller text showing the details of the next few buses that will arrive at that stop from all lines.
Great app but lacks titles for stops

This app has always allowed you to set a title and even a subtitle for each stop. It sounds like you just left them blank. Simply edit the stop and type in whatever labels you need to make finding your stops easier.
