The form they put on this app before you can start using it is ridiculous, forcing you to fill in the wrong answer since there isn't enough options to select.

Turn my store off as and when they want! You having control is pointless, because if you open your store early it won’t show in the app unless it’s the times they have put into the system

Caution Before Partnering with Food Hub
We’ve had 40 customers waiting for refunds for over two months without any resolution. All we receive are apologies and requests for patience. We’ve made 20 calls, only to be bounced between Food Hub and Detman. Food Hub directs us to Detman, and Detman sends us back to Food Hub. Our contract is with Food Hub, so it’s unclear why we’re being told to communicate with Detman, who lacks any clear contact channels. Additionally, we’ve lost more than 50% of our business as customers believe we’ve stolen their money.

I cant see how much ive sold for the day, the orders from ‘today’ are mixed in with other days so i cant see how many ive had today im shocked how bad its become. Ive used this for years and loved it
