I have been playing this game since 2016, not sure. But it’s been a long time truly.
The only thing though that I would love the team to add or fix is when we are editing the cafe, please add a edit mode where the customers and staff are not visible and walking over the interiors, because it anyways gets very chaotic whenever we are adding new machines or interiors.
Rest is good. Just less mini games and more cafe related new features like telephone orders but beyond that please bring back barista challenge.

Long time player
Mostly good with one complaint. The tournaments that coincide with the festivals should be counted towards the festival. I don’t like how I just won first place and received a gold card pack and two rainbow gifts and I couldn’t delay collecting them because I was completing two other tasks. Please give the player some time to collect these prizes because it can be useful especially if your township is behind in the festival. I hope you read this review.

My cafe
I have been playing this game over 6 years and it use to be so much fun. We use to high trophy count when you do the spices and diamonds quest 150 spices and 45 diamond quest and the gift and cards were a high trophy count and now they have it where you can’t advance or stay in the diamond league even if you’re number 1 your arrow is down to drop you to the next level I just don’t understand that, I don’t mind paying the money if its a fun game. I wish you would bring back the higher trophy counts. If it doesn’t get to be more fun I’m going to quit im giving it to the end of the year. I have a township but I don’t even play participate as much as I use too sometimes its months and in done participate. MAKE IT FUN LIKE IT USE TO BE!!! or im closing my township and letting everyone know why and giving some other feedback I hear too!!t

Full of Cheaters
Fun game. Lots of challenges within the game to keep you interested. The problem is they have many cheater township teams. So while you’re spending your hard earned money on in-app purchases, cheater townships are using technology to bypass paying for these “helps” and racking up extraordinarily trophy numbers. Support does nothing even after receiving many complaints about the townships. You get the same pat answer each time you report a cheater township. “We take this very seriously. Our tech team is working proactively.” Not that I can see. Those same cheater teams return day after day robbing legit teams of prizes and accolades. Today is the beginning of a new season in the game. It has brought out the cheater teams in full force and they are now battling each other because some of the legitimate teams refuse to participate or give it their all. I hope the cheater teams become the top winning teams. Melsoft may finally feel it in their pocket. Maybe then something will finally be done.

La codicia de melsoft arruinó el juego
Incluso gastando dinero real en ofertas, es imposible terminar un solo minijuego. Gastas para comprar recursos y te modifican el drop de ítems en el merge para que igual no te alcance. Cada vez más pases, objetos con duración limitada y eventos que requieren de que sigas y sigas comprando. Es bochornosa la codicia que manejan. Al final, no vale la pena comprar ofertas porque los resultados obtenidos son iguales o apenas mejores que no comprando (a menos que estés dispuesto a gastar cientos de dólares por mes)

A great cafe game!!
I played this game for a long time five years ago, and recently I downloaded it back when I was free. I really like the atmosphere and settings of the cafe. But I still decided to make a few comments, hoping that the developer can make it better.
First of all, I hope that the holiday tasks can be reduced. Although holiday tasks can bring us a lot of diamonds, our original intention of playing this game is to run our own cafe. If too many tasks pop-up windows appear, it will greatly affect the player's perception. To put it badly, it's like that kind of inferior mini-game with many advertisements. Therefore, I hope that the developer can design the coffee shop in a simpler way.
Secondly, I hope we can not have so many cafe equipment. In the low level of the play, we certainly hope to buy a lot of new equipment to increase the sense of experience, but when the level is high, the equipment is already dazzling. Too much equipment will make the coffee shop look very messy and more hurried, not to mention that the equipment you buy is getting more and more expensive. Instead of adding one or two new devices to each level, it's better to simply increase the number of guests. Therefore, I hope that developers can stop adding more complex devices after the game reaches level 50. The above are the two suggestions I want to make. I hope the developers can adopt them and make the coffee shop better together!

El juego se está volviendo prácticamente imposible de disfrutar. Estoy en el nivel 10 y cada vez cuesta más avanzar porque todo requiere muchísimo tiempo y, para colmo, las recompensas son ridículas comparadas con lo que cuesta todo.
Además, tengo un problema que me parece bastante grave: recojo monedas y no siempre se suman al contador. También abro regalos y las recompensas no parecen añadirse correctamente. Es muy frustrante estar jugando, esperar el tiempo necesario y que después ni siquiera se contabilice lo que has conseguido.
El sistema de tiempo real hace que el juego sea demasiado lento. Puedes estar esperando horas para conseguir algo y cuando finalmente lo consigues, el dinero que recibes es tan poco que apenas sirve para comprar las mejoras que te están pidiendo.
Da la sensación de que el juego está diseñado para que, si quieres avanzar a un ritmo razonable, tengas que gastar dinero real. Si no quieres pagar, avanzar se convierte en esperar y esperar.
Me gustaba mucho el juego, pero si en el nivel 10 ya es así, no quiero imaginar cómo será en niveles más altos. Deberían aumentar las recompensas, reducir los tiempos de espera y, sobre todo, solucionar el problema de las monedas y regalos que no se contabilizan. Ahora mismo avanzar resulta más frustrante que divertido.

COBRO EXCESIVO Y POCA RECOPENSAS
Yo tengo jugando desde 2017 al 2022 y deje de jugarlo, este año volví y me encanta jugarlo pero ah sido demasiado difícil para hacer copas sin dinero, muchos no podemos meterle dinero y es injusto porque jugamos por diversión no por estresarnos por no hacer tantas copas por falta de recursos. Yo soy líder de mi pueblo y por ende tengo que dar el ejemplo de hacer muchísimas copas pero es imposible hacerlas, para todo quieren que hagas una compra y así sucesivamente. Las pocas veces que le meto dinero soy estafada con la compra, hacer publicidad engañosa y al final la recompensa no es la que esperabas. Y no se diga que entre más le metes dinero, más elevan el precio, mi pueblo y yo solíamos comprar el pase de temporada de 7 dólares y paso a 17 dólares, es un robo porque te lo elevan si compras constantemente. Mi pueblo y yo decidimos ya no comprar más y pensamos en dejar de jugarlo, que triste que un juego tan divertido de jugar sea así.
