I like using this app because it is so simple to use. You just add what you eat and it does the math. I also like the notifications - reminding you to add your food, encouraging you and reminding you to watch your macros if you go over. I would recommend this to anyone who is starting out tracking food because it is simple and not overly complicated. This app has been a game changer for my eating habit and health!
