Horrible update, makes impossible to see my classes and access my billing information I miss the old version of the app. So much better but now it’s a miserable nightmare

I feel like the app is too complicated and hard to navigate compared to most. There should be an easier way to access everything without unnecessary hassle
Doesn’t work half the time
Navigation, payment, and having to re login every single time, not to mention the many may glitches and errors, this app needs a complete overhaul.
Always an error on the app
While it is inconvenient to have to log in and go through a verification process every single time you want to use the app, what really irks me is always stumbling across an “error” page; I struggled having to purchase a parking pass for days, accessing my finances, I’m always getting some type notification that the app will be down … The concept of the app is great, it’s just… annoying..

Needs Work
Honestly the app doesn’t feel like an app. It’s pretty underdeveloped and feels like a bookmark of the website. You also have to log in way to many times, and I have to delete and redownload so many times when it crashes. I don’t have a choice really, I need it for school but it’s SO inconvenient.m and bothersome.

Great app!
I think we are very lucky to have a all-in-one superapp like this. Has almost every resource I need for school in one spot.
Works great when it works
The app itself is a great resource and a must have for students. However, there is a glaring problem with the app. Because it utilizes an external web-based interface when navigating anything specific to your ID (schedule, payments, etc), the login doesn’t save. Therefore, you are constantly having to enter your user and password. Sometimes that external platform resets, which means your 2 step verification has to be completed again. This makes the app clunky and frustrating, especially when you just need to quickly check simple things. If that could be improved this app would be exceptional, and it already is compared to other California Community College apps.

Slight recent issue though? It stopped working for me 3 days ago, it would get stuck on a white page but I could still log in if I clicked here and there. I decided to redownload it today but it made it worse and now I can’t log in or do anything unfortunately.

It could be better !
The app is slow, it will log you out a lot for no reason, and it doesn’t have all the campus resources, canyons.edu is easier than the app.
cant use half the features
everytime i attempt to open student bill or make a payment among other features it glitches out until i get impatient and close the app. everytime
Unable to login
I know my login is correct and this app keeps saying it’s failed . So frustrating
I Wish I Had This Last June
I like this app and wish that I would have had it last June. I had to print out a map and carry it to be able to find classrooms. A suggestion: My iPad and iPhone use face recognition, which works flawlessly. The integration with Canvas would benefit from also using face recognition.
Bugs
I was so excited for this app! Because I knew I wouldn’t have to go on the website and login each time. But I can’t seem to log in on it. This needs to be fixed ASAP. as we’re going through the semester.
Can’t log in
I have tried multiple times but I cannot log in. Login works on the computer. I’m sure it’s a nice app if I can log into it.

the main problem with the app is that it won’t let me log in. I have no problem logging in on any other platform. Maybe I could actually use the app if the login worked!
