Terrible App

Kicks me out when I try and look at anything. Can’t leave a message for the care team. This is a terrible App, especially for older people that need it!

I cannot get the message function in this app to work. The app just closes every time I try to write a message. Just when you need an app to work as your father dies…awful.

Not sure what the point is

As far as I can tell, there is no way to read any of the notes the care team write. You can send them a message, but I haven’t had much success with a response. I was hoping I could have a good idea of what was happening, but it is basically a waste of time. I just don’t get it.
