Records did not work - just use Voice Memos!
I used this app to make multiple recordings of an important medical appointment where I received probably 15 minutes' worth of information. None of the recordings worked. I very intentionally saved each recording, and when I try to play them, nothing is there. One recording has 1 second and the other has nothing. It just looks like it's corrupted. I did subsequent test recordings which worked fine, so I have no idea why the most important recordings did not work. This app must have defects. I wish I had just used voice memos instead.

Extremely helpful
I’ve used this app for multiple doctor appointments while battling cancer and for my mom’s care. It’s so easy to forget or miss information during an appointment and having the recordings to listen to later was very helpful. I see other comments where people had trouble with the app but I had no issues at all. Yes, you do have to save the recordings yourself but I’d do that as soon as the doctor wrapped up and l picked up my phone off the chair or table. I highly recommend this app.

Does not automatically save recording?
I was recording, hit pause, did not hit save, came back a while later, opened app and recording was not there. Is there a way to recover it?
I would like to give a higher rating BUT
My wife has cancer that has metastasized, and she now needs radiation and chemo. Our calendar is full of appointments with different specialists. It is overwhelming for her, and I would like to go with her, but I am not allowed due to COVID safeguards, I found out about your app, installed it on her phone, and yesterday I borrowed it to transcribe recordings she made in the past week of appointments with her surgeon, a radiation oncologist and a nutritionist. But there was only one recording, not 3!
You need to follow Apple's recommendations, which state that every file created on their devices should be automatically saved. Currently you require a Save button to be pushed to save recordings or notes. In many cases the user of your app is not only under stress, but the specialists sometimes tell her to put her phone away or go to another room during an appointment. This happened on two of the three visits, she inadvertently shut her phone off, and the recordings were lost. PLEASE FIX! Autosave all recordings and notes. It's easy to delete unwanted items later. When this is change is done, I will give your app a 5 rating.

No troubles
I had no problem downloading it using this app. The professionals appreciate our need for thoughtful reflection and respect the use of this app to make that easier. I appreciate the option of saving our questions to ask also.

Doesn’t work
After downloading the app twice, and going through the t&c’s, and reading all the help tips, all I finally get is a blue screen. Nothing happens. There is no way to start the app or a recording. Just a blue screen. A good concept but it’s not working.
Hard to get working
My finger print ID does not work on my phone and the app doesn’t offer the cod input so of no use. Tried to put on my IPad which the finger print ID but will not go beyond a blue screen after I accept terms. Not way to use this in an important time

I lost all the notes I had written during my appointment.
Yes I have the audio, but now have to sift through 16 minutes audio of my appointment. Very frustrating. Hope this feature can be approved. Better to use my my iPad voice memo and reminders apps. Easier voice memo manipulation and auto save in the reminders plus the convenience of list format.

Thank you for your comment. To ensure any notes you have added to the notes page are saved simply click the small green checkmark icon in the top right hand corner of the notepad prior to closing the notes page. The notes will also not automatically transfer to your computer when you upload an audio file. We recommend you copy, paste and save them (email or text to self) before sending or deleting an audio file off your phone. This has been identified as a program modification in our next version of our app.
Won’t get past the accept conditions page
Good concept but won’t acknowledge accepting conditions and won’t open. Let us know when you have an app that actually works.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and difficulty with the Terms of Use. As there are important items that we were trying to draw the user’s attention to, there are two selections in the terms of use that the user must accept. The first is located after item 3.5 in the terms of use, and then the second is at the end of the terms of use. When you accept both, you will be able to open the app.
