Profile swap not working
I have added profile for 2 kids so swapping or switching between 2 profile is not working. Its not expected..there should be seemless experience

Issue with Payments
Having issues for making payments via Credit card. Kindly rectify.
After payment receipt not generate
After payment receipt in pdf format to be generate. Also consolidated receipt to be generate.
Sign up or login issue
When app downloaded app directly show login username and password. However once registration or sign up done it after that login page will show. It could not login and sign up to the account in application.
They need to go back to design board
The app developer thinks one can never forget their username. I am taking this up with school and will have this app removed from mandatory usage.
Map issue
Google map is not working properly after latest update. Also app freezing in startup screen.

Every time I open application I is showing update now. But when go for update there is no update available. So please solve this problem.

There is no option to get user id or option to reset it.
Bug Found
Their is a bug in which the when the app is launched it keeps loading and doesn’t start until the notifications are not turned on and also the turn on notifications pop up only pop up for 0.5 seconds and automatically disappear and it loading screen appears.
If possible give daily CW updates in this app
In ios ( i-phone ) version 1.22 is not working properly ….remark & calandar is not showing…..exam date not showing in Calendar…version 1.21 is good going.

App not opening in my iPhone 12.
Vaibhav pls remove your app if you cannot even check whether your app is opening properly in ios or not. You click on app icon and it just get stuck in launch page. Uninstall and reinstall still the same.

My previous review: App is designed with a functional perspective however is missing out on making it stable and friendly for users on iphone. For example, The classwork for kids show up with download icon but the button is not active to help download content - this affects students in their progress. Similarly, the ux needs several improvements to make it friendly and truly functional.
After that review was given, I received the update with bugs resolved. Thanks for iterating fast on it and making needed functionality available.
