Terrible App
The instruction guides were really poor. Good concept of an app but terrible execution. Also it never told me when a filter needs to be changed, I always had to remember to go in and check to see how many days left until I need to change the filter. And I have written this in the past tense because now they seem to have re-written the whole app as ‘My Ciano 2.0’ is available and suddenly I have lost all the data from this old app and I tried logging out and back in and now can’t log back in to it and so I have no idea when to change parts of my filter. I Should have just used my phone Calendar.

I have no idea how to set this up, instructions are useless!
What’s the point?
Seriously what’s the point of this app? There was me thinking I could connect to my pump and read some data. It’s just a reminder app for your filters.

The worst set up app I’ve ever used.
Doesn’t work properly and half of it is in Spanish
I really wish there app support wasn’t in Spanish no English option just directs you to a Spanish website. I have two Ciano tanks one cold water one tropical. Half the time it doesn’t notify you or if it does it’s Spanish even when I have language set as English. If it does send notifications they either don’t load in manage notifications or you can’t click on them and open them. You can’t log for example your PH, ammonia and nitrates etc do no where to keep a record of water tests. Really useless Will someone please sort this out!
