Without doubt the worst car App
This app, is awful. It never syncs, says car is locked or unlocked when the opposite applies, takes for ever to carry out a command, please re design the whole app and come back with a proper app that works.

Just lately can’t login just in a continuous loop then says it needs an update, won’t sync with the vehicle! Just unusable and when you pay for the connected services can’t use the pre conditioning from the app.
Several released updates from when I added this review and still it does not connect, paying for connected services which I can’t use!
I have been to the dealer they have checked the car and is fine the app is the issue the battery charge level is just stuck at 40% does not change it may connect once then that’s it! I’m not the only person repotting issues!
Yet again another update to the app and still won’t connect what is the point of this app when users cannot connect absolutely useless!

Where to start with this one
Works one day next day sign in with username and password and saying wrong password reset then week later signed out with out knowing and password not recognised so reset and weeks later same issue needs complete reset with app or no longer worth using

Used to work, not so much now
Always lagging behind so sometimes I’ll get a load of applications of previous drives, even if they were done months ago. Constantly telling me my software needs updating despite the fact it’s been updated to the recommended version. App went downhill about a year ago, it was pretty good originally but now it’s pretty pointless

All very easy to use
Terrible decision
Never buying another Citroen again, this app is beyond useless, never works, never connects to car, done everything needed to connect, it occasionally gets data from car, but if you actively try to use it like turn on climate control…. Hahahah nope never works, my other car different manufacturer apps works flawlessly connects every time, I wish I read all about how bad Steallantis servers are before I got this car…. Roll on the replacement!

Bonjour, dans l’ensemble tout se passe bien à part des bugs l’application demande beaucoup trop souvent de connexion (si on ne fait pas attention sur l’état de connexion APPLICATION) c’est pour ça que tout les trajets ne sont pas pris en considération dans l’application. Des incohérences sur l’état de la voiture « verrouillage ou pas » etc et derrière point , la partie entretien est à faire soi-même quand t’elle est réalisée et non pas par via le garage Citroën « pas de retour officiel » dommage … peu faire mieux

Unreliable. Does not deliver.
Seemed like a handy app to use for mileage and actual journey times. But you CANNOT rely on it. Randomly, and far too frequently, signed out with no notification. Not rhyme or reason as to why. Fobbed off with weak excuses, wanting very precise details when you report it - the type that make you lose the will to live. Do better Citroen. Or don’t bother.

The app is mediocre. Requires too many log ins and hasn’t updated any journeys since 13 June. Worked, sort of but has decided not too. One star now because it won’t let me log in at all. Please don’t auto respond with some customer care message. Just make a proper app.
UPDATE - same response as others from the developed AI!
UPSATE - I was very briefly sighted in but today I’m getting a new error ‘loop’. “Your session has expired, please log back in by clicking the link below.”

I’ve had my new Citroen for a week, and by far the worst thing is this app. Clearly coded by people who don’t understand customer requirements or indeed ‘working UI interfaces’. It’s constantly lagging, logging out, not updating and to be honest a pointless addition based on my current experience. This is my first ever experience of Citroen and I hope it doesn’t reflect on the vehicle moving forward but, it does not inspire brand confidence. Within the first week this has happened and the predictable response (if I get one) will be to reach out to Citroen for assistance. Then they will tell me to update my app, the phone and everything else because it can’t possibly be bad coding !!! I have it free at the moment but soon I will have to pay for something that is as temperamental as midweek hangover !

- Constantly logs me out and fails to log back in; then have to re enter login details over and over again till it eventually accepts it.
- Fails to connect to my vehicle, cant check charge status or battery %. Its easier to get up and go and check in person then spend 15 minutes refreshing the page over and over again.
- Timed heating doesn’t work at all and again can’t connect to the vehicle most of the time anyway so it’s pointless trying, just easier to get up 10 minutes earlier when needing to de-ice then inevitably be disappointed relying on it.
- Vehicle tracking only shows you where your phone is, not where the vehicle is.
All around a useless app.

Refuses to connect
I have been trying to get my new EC-3 to connect with the app and show my current state of charge and to enable me to plan charges. However the app just says that x a problem has occurred check back later!!! The message hasn’t changed all week. This app appears to be useless - the E Routes app is also unable to show SOC how can Citroen/ Stelantis expect customers of their vehicles to pay for this app. Totally unacceptable in 2026 sort this out Citroen please.

No idea where to start with this one…
Strange that the 4 and 5 star reviews then go on to explain the app is useless, and several people seem to be reviewing their actual car and not the app itself…Anyway, where in the name of god do you start with this app? I have no idea what it’s supposed to do, in fact I don’t think the app knows what it’s supposed to do. Constantly signed out, doesn’t connect to car even when sitting in it, can’t set charging or cabin preconditioning remotely or on a schedule. All it actually does is tell me where it’s parked…but only when I’m sitting in the car! It’s also charging me 7 odd pound per month for some service which seems to offer no purpose, yet it’s so bewildering confusing to cancel it…and apparently I’m signed up until 2046! When people pay good money for a car the least they can expect is a decent app. Yes an app might not be strictly necessary to actually drive the car, but when a salesman waffles on about all the fancy things you can do with it and the bloody thing can’t even connect it feels like a bit of con.

Recent updates poor
Unfortunately this app has stopped working completely. Tells me I have o internet connection when I do. It’s impossible to perform updates or track driving anymore. Disappointing.
Very buggy, unreliable
Randomly prevents Apple Car Play from connecting. Login fails about half the time. Range shown in the app is usually wrong. Very disappointing.

Never works properly and always 4 days behind . Get notification that new journeys have been logged. Open the app and it asks to reinstate filters !!!
