this is greater then any app keep up the work but why do I need 50 gems for a upgrade?

Great game but

I’ve been playing now for a while for start was quite fun but now just stuck on a level no updates no requests nothing production slow takes to much time for nothing basically I still do some orders now and then. Balloon passes no video, for months no train station nothing if you guys fed up just cancel the game or do something.
