Great game but frustrating

So I love my city games I just had one problem with this one and it is really frustrating because I couldn’t find the grandpa the second time I played and I just wanted to play with him ☹️it’s like the grandpa just disappeared from the game so you get what I mean frustrating there is also another problem almost every time I enter the garage when I try to exit it takes forever to load so I have to get out of the game and start all over 😭😭😢😢😍😚

I love the idea of a huge house with secret things. But what I don’t like is that when I found the secret place in the back yard I went in and it wasn’t letting me get out of it so I had to stop playing it
