This game for a few years and only within a year it has started crashing where I would tap on the app and it would only show a blue screen. I’ve done everything I could but nothing has worked. I would like you to take a look at this please and try and fix it.

Good game but...
I am mad because it wont load I used to have fun but now it won't load and I'm mad I tried re downloading this app and I waited 3 hr to try to get it to work and it just had a blue screen it's been doing this for 2 months now (Sunday, February, 15, 2025)

Not a glitch free game
Ok so it is 2025 I think I downloaded this app in 2022 because I said why have all the other my city apps without one but when Christmas came around there was a Santa slay so I pressed on it and put people on it it went up but never came down my next problem is today it gets stuck on the my city welcome when you start the game I keep trying to get off the welcome but it’s just stuck .
