Not a glitch free game
Ok so it is 2025 I think I downloaded this app in 2022 because I said why have all the other my city apps without one but when Christmas came around there was a Santa slay so I pressed on it and put people on it it went up but never came down my next problem is today it gets stuck on the my city welcome when you start the game I keep trying to get off the welcome but it’s just stuck . Not cost too much money and I don’t wanna play this game anymore. It cost way too many money like I had to pay $1000 for my city home. I hope y’all are reading this because I’m very very mad about my city. Does it re-change it and make it new just like rec room Bye

A couple of years ago I bought a bunch of your my city games and i love that there were no ads or no add ons. But now i have to watch stupid adds for the characters i paid for and the clothes. And now I can’t travel from game tot game without is all resetting because of the ads and other add on characters. I’m so mad that i wasted my money for just a bunch of ads and new things to pay more money.like i bet if you lowered the prices and took away the ads people would love your game.

I love my city so much but it needs one thing it’s an update of multiplayer and more people be able to do it please and make it be a multiplayer and I so maybe like a 3-D effect change in settings and I like the starting let me tell you dented and then and then and then and then and then and then go like the starting about my tower you know I don’t like that so change that to just try to make a better OK I love it so much just make it better than audience already years

A complete scam, I want my £101 back!
Between 2018 and 2021 I brought all 34 my city games which with them being £2.99 each adds up to over £100. I remembered these games and checked them and now they’re all free? With ads and I have to pay a subscription to get everything?! What was the point of paying all that!!! I’m not the richest person either and I am so annoyed. I want a refund if possible because that is ridiculous!

Can’t get in contact with you
This is unfair on the people who have bought the app. I’ve spent loads of money unlocking all your games and now I think it’s unfair to have to pay for characters again.
