Gotten worse

I used to love using city taxis but to be completely honest I might just switch to Uber. I’ve had just about enough since the last few updates. First it just told me that they were searching for a driver- I waited for OVER an hour. It was ridiculous. Even the taxi driver (hours later) told me it’s better to directly call than use the app.

Now there’s yet another update and it glitches all the time. I can’t even pre-book a taxi without it glitching.
Regardless, this has put me off and I’m going to try Uber.
