Lagging
The app is useful to book and view past visits and lab reports but they really need to fix the lagging problem.
Slow and not user friendly
Very slow app. Not user friendly because login details doesnt get saved on my device, and cannot sign in quickly.

No dental department?
You can book any clinic, but you can’t book any dental appointment? There is not a single Dentist on the App. What a shame.

Poor Customer Service
Some of the Doctors are not completely honest and so focused financially. I don’t recommend some of the doctors here.
أسوأ تطبيق
التطبيق يحتاج له اعادة تأهيل :) فعلاً اسوأ تطبيق كم مرة احاول ادخل على حسابي منه يقول لي المستخدم او كلمة المرور غير صحيحة مع انه متأكدة من المعلومات! واعمل نسيت كلمة المورو مايوصل على الايميل اي شي. مرتين اكلم خدمة العملاء ولا لقوا حل !

The My Clinic app and its functionalities are always improving. Love the updates that make the app even easier to use!
The worst and unethical CLINIC EVER!
This use to be the best clinic in Jeddah until it got busy and they became big headed. They took my money for the virtual online booking, checked me off as if I saw the doctor when I didn’t! I needed a refill badly for my medication and I'm experiencing real horrible symptoms, since I got cut off cold turkey thanks to them. The doctor didn’t see me and checked as if he did and they won’t respond to any of my messages, and not give my money back. This is extremely unethical and I reported it to the ministry of health. They shouldn’t be playing around with their patients and not giving them their medication, and have the decency to return their money at least!

تطبيق سيئ ولايوجد تحديث ولا استطيع اكمال البيانات مع العلم تم رفع شكوى على الايميل ولكن لم تحل المشكله

اتمنى حل مشكلة التطبيق لانه لايشتغل ومافي احد يحل مشكلته من يوم مانزل والتطبيق فيه مشكلة وكل يوم والثاني اتواصل لحل مشكلة المواعيد السابقة، اقترح ان يتم اضافة خانة للتحاليل والاشاعات لان مانقدر الاطلاع عليها اذا كان التحاليل في موعد سابق قبل فترة
