Useless To Pay Bill
Basically useless to pay your monthly bill. No way to get to the bill pay function.
Totally useless to see your account
Impossible to access to pay your bill. This is only for setup and doesn’t work half the time for that.
App instability
When attempting to assign devices to users it constantly crashes or does not allow you to assign the device it displays “There was a delay please try again” in an endless loop. Logging out and logging back in does not correct the issue. App needs an obvious update to correct this bug

Service is great. App not so much!
Coast connect service is great and really fast. The app for parental controls only works about 20% of the time. It is very buggy and and takes multiple, and by multiple, I mean dozens and dozens of tries to get it to even open. Very frustrating!
Best Service Ever
The service is better than any other Internet provider on the whole Gulf Coast in Mississippi. Do yourself a favor and sign up with Coast Connect, so much better than AT&T that we've had for years (since the 1990's).

Updated App Version lacks information
So been with Coast Connect since first day they came in the neighborhood. Internet service is much better then what we had but the app needs further attention. The First app at introduction of CC was so much better then the updated version. Old one identified the type of phone, laptop, etc. trying to log into service. Now it just shows random numbers and letters. Very hard to figure out what’s what… especially if you need to limit access to a certain phone or item.

Surprisingly good
With CoastConnect being a comparatively new service, I didn't expect much from the app. But the app has great features (and they all work), is intuitive and easy to use, and doesn't have any bugs.
