Best Collection Inventory App!
I have been looking for an app to track my fabrics so I don’t accidentally buy duplicates. This app was completely customizable allowing me to set all of the parameters however I want. I personally track color, count, dyer, type, and even location in my stash and year I purchased it. Plus I can add a photo! So versatile and helpful! Highly recommend.

What I’ve been looking for
This is the perfect app for cataloging my niche plant species. It’s also a super easy way to keep track of what I own with pictures and whether any new species would be a quality addition to my collection or if the species is similar enough to one I already own. Helps me keep my collection intentional instead of overwhelming. I love this app so much it’s the first app that I’m a bit disappointed was completely free! I joined the discord just to see if there was a link in which I could pay the devs but I didn’t find one. Thank you for making such a great app 🖤

This is great for managing any collection. It can be a little fiddly to get going but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s super easy!

I absolutely love this App! I have been trying to find an app like this for years and I finally found this one. Absolutely recommend, especially if you have a big collection but don’t want to pay a subscription!
The best and most customizable app
This is the best app that I found to be able to customize everything that I want to be able to customize. Everything else requires you to pay either once or subscription fee, but this is fully free and allows you to sync online. It’s actively being developed and worked on, but is already an amazing app for personalizing and capturing all of your collections.

Pretty Decent
Not the best one, with very few items. Effectively best to just take pictures if you’re organizing your collection, but good if you’re trying to avoid duplicates.
Amazing Custom Catalog App! It’s almost perfect, but…
I love this app a lot! I’ve been searching FOREVER for an app that allows for custom cataloging of the art media that I’ve engaged in or wish to engage in. This app is literally perfect for that! With its custom categories, you can build what and how to categorize your favorite works of media art!
And because it’s so custom, it allows to you catalog things that aren’t “official,” which is an issue when you use something like Letterboxd which only allows for the cataloging of films and of films that they recognize. So avant-garde or indie films tend to just be left in the dust, super lame.
There’s also options to back up all the data to the cloud or onto the device directly which is super great to have.
If I had one complaint though, the one thing that keeps this app from being 5 star for me, it’s that the longer I use it—especially if I’m fiddling with the customization options—it will eventually get laggy in registering inputs, until eventually crashing. It forces me to have to make only a small amount of edits at a time, then save and close the app entirely, just to avoid the crash and have my changes save. I don’t know if there’s some like infinite looping code leaking creating some like data overload or something, but it would be super grand if this problem were patched.
I’d honestly pay money for this app. Like hands down 10 dollars one time purchase for sure, or 20 if you catch me in a good mood.

Good and easy to use app
It would be even better if you could allow multiple image uploads for each items and support attaching files such as pdf to items as well.

After another app went subscription went looking for a decent app that downloads the cover, and this is it! Really easy to use & a great interface
Has potential
I would like to put more than 1 pic against my items. In the description box I can’t really edit my text at all, like pressing Enter at the end of a line or section to start a new line. Apart from those 2 minor things it works great
Satisfying Organize App
honestly i love this app so much. the amount of options for categorizing stuff is amazing. the fact that i can share a link and people can see what i have..even more amazing. literally nothing bad to say about this app.
the only couple small issues i’ve had are user error, learning how to use it lol, and the pictures sometimes glitching out but i just re-upload it them and it’s fine. 10/10 RECOMMEND <33

basic but does the job
it doesn't do much. but does exactly what it needs to. could benefit from certain changes or additions, but doesn't necessarily need them. wish i could customize the look of the app a little more though.

What a great app!
In a world where all the competitors try to force you to a cloud based system they can charge for, having everything local and able to be backed up is refreshing and just what I wanted. But the ability to cross platforms seamlessly via a cloud transfer is the icing on the cake. It’s a little buggy here and there—sometimes the phone collection doesn’t refresh from the cloud unless I sign out and back in, for instance, but still a really great app that’s being developed!

Not sure if this works for me
I opened the app today and all my pictures are gone. Not what I was expecting.

I'm sorry about this, this was totally on us. We have released an update (v1.7.3 and up) that fixes this issue and brings back all the pictures. It won't happen again. TIP: If you log into the cloud then all pictures get backed up.
