Used to be good
This used to be a good app and they had very realistic looking clothes that fit on the pictures and they had international different looks but something happened and they ruined it all and now their apps sucks. There last Upgrade was the worst
No Pictures
There no pictures to view in this new version. Everything is blank after subscription. Needs to be fix

Unauthorised payments taken from bank account
The app doesn’t work and when subscription was cancelled, I was being charged without knowledge until I checked my statements.
Contacted them and they haven’t returned my money, nor apologised. I am know getting my bank and the legal team involved.
Please beware as it seems to be a company that is cheating people.

Scam Scam Scam. They will scam you with the app even when you Unsubscribe. Don’t download and use your credit card. They will charge you every week $9.99 whatever money they can take from individuals and a profit for them. They are the only app that will make excuse and tell you that you have used the app for 14 days whe you used only 2 days. They are scammer and a Liar in greatest form. I used the app for only 2 days and they had a glitch on their system didn’t unsubscribe. How is this my fault.

Please i want to benunsubscribed i agreeded for 0.99$ trial now i am charged 9.99$ every week! I didn’t accepted subsciption in fact it is not even in my apple account !!!

I downloaded this app as part of a promotion. None of the functions worked so I removed it. I didn’t see it listed in my apple account so tried to email the company to cancel the billing and never heard back. A week later they charged me $9.99. Total scam.

Most inaccurate. Don’t bother
I have very dark hair and eyes. The app used AI to select my colours. It picked the colours and said it’s because of my “light hair and light eyes”. Dark brown hair and dark brown eyes are not classed as light. Silly app. Inaccurate.
Charged and cannot find it on apple
I was charged - when trying to locate the payment on my Apple account it cannot be found. Cannot cancel it via the app. Support page to app does not work. I would like to cancel my subscription please immediately.
App is okay
The app is just fine, it gives you recommendations based on the pictures you upload, and tells you what type of body you have and what kind of clothes can suit you the best. However I put 4 stars because to cancel the subscription, if you didn’t do it through your Apple account, you gotta contact the support team and you have to wait until they respond. Luckily they gave me a quick response when I emailed them!

Won’t Let me Unsubscribe
This app isn’t giving me the option to unsubscribe and I can’t get a hold of the “support”. For the company who is reading this. If I am not unsubscribed by the end of the day I will report this app as a scam.

HUGE SCAM-Will not let you cancel subscription
This subscription will not show up in your subscriptions on your Apple account. They will not cancel when you email them either. This is a HUGE SCAM!

How high quality the clothes and accessories are and how realistic they look on.

After my “free” trial there was no way to cancel this through normal subscriptions on my phone. I’ve tried to contacting them many times to cancel but they ignore me. They are taking around £7.51 out of my account on a weekly basis!
