I love the fact that I can cash a 5000 check without needing to have 5000 in my account. BOA will not cash my checks unless I have the amount in my account. My checks have never bounce and I have never had an issue cashing one out with My Community ❤️

Recommended changes
Please go back to the old way of showing deposits as a green font so they are easier to spot while looking down the ledger. That was a great feature that no longer exists.

On line banking
I have been working on finances to see where my money is going but I am having to log back in very often, every time I get up to do something else it seems and that is very frustrating. Also, I wish the check memo was visible on the statement or even better the vendor the check is payable to. There are also check images missing on many of the checks I have written.

This app just took 80 dollars out of my checking account out of no where so now I’m stuck with negative 80 dollars and the rest of my money in my savings account

I love my bank, they have helped me in the 10year+ of being a member. Not everything is perfect, but nothing is.

I am so tired of getting kicked out of this app. I would save myself a lot of time in trouble if I just closed my account and moved it to a different bank..
