WHAT YOU CAN DO • Add your properties and see each one's status at a glance • Request a service in a few taps, from a leak to seasonal maintenance • Message a concierge in the app when you'd rather just ask someone • Review and approve quotes before any work begins • Keep an inventory of your appliances and equipment, with photos, model numbers, and documents • Attach an affected item to a request so your provider arrives with context • Save a card securely so approved work isn't held up by payment BUILT FOR HOMES YOU'RE AWAY FROM Second homes, rentals, a primary residence you travel from — Concio is designed around not being there. You approve the work; we handle the coordination. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your property. 2. Submit a request, or ask your concierge. 3. We match a vetted service provider in your area. 4. You approve the quote. 5. The work gets done and you get updates. YOUR INFORMATION Card details are handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers on our servers. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the Account tab. Concio is available in selected service areas and expanding.
