Great Customer Service Representatives!!!

I own a diesel and a premium only set off vehicles, the gentleman at the gas station said the Conoco Card would help with the gas inflation. I just went tho use it at 70 E Centennial Pkwy. The lady inside helped me use the app. to receive my 25 cents off a gallon!! You have extremely nice employees. And a very clean and well stocked and maintained store!! Very rare in North Las Vegas Nevada!!! Thanks!!!👍😊

Discounts plus convenience

The discounts are great they have had them for well over a year and half when I started using the app. The app is quick it is quick to use

Complicated Relationship

On the plus side - I enjoy the discounts and being able to do all transactions with my phone.

The downside? The app stops working periodically for no discernible reason. Also, the interface with my credit card account works half the time, again for no obvious reason.

It’s worth the hassle for a 25 cent discount. That’s why I stick around.

Nice

I’ll be honest it’s pretty convenient not having to put my card in touch extra things during this pandemic I wish I could get a higher discount using my credit cards but direct pay wasn’t too bad always a little hesitant to give my bank account information but they hooked up directly with my password for my mobile account so I feel like that was a little bit safer than putting in the number itself

Conoco app

The Conoco app isn’t working very good for me anymore. I have a hard time getting the payment to work. It says double click and then asks me to hold my phone up to reader. I can’t figure out what that means. There is no reader on pump. I went in to ask and no one knew what to tell me. It is taking me forever to get gas because of all the time I waste trying to get the payment done. It used to accept it fast and I could promptly get gas. Help if anyone has an answer. I loved using it before but not now.
