Great update
I love being able to backup and mail my contact list. Somehow the file is smaller now too with all options turned on. Only thing missing is the full email reminder "If you want to restore backup contacts, tap on the attachment file and import all contacts.
IMPORTANT: Send this message to yourself and do not delete. We don't access, save or store your backups.
Sometimes email providers block attachments if attachment size is too large. Please try with another email account to send your backup file if possible. Or use Wi-Fi Download feature."
I appreciate seeing in writing that you do not access or store my backups. I hope that hasn't changed so if you could put it back in the email I'd give 5 stars.

Love the App
This is one of my favorite apps because it's very reliable, allowing me to easily email and back up all my contacts. Thankfully, I haven't needed to restore my contacts yet, but it's great to know I have that option.

I recommend it for everyone because it is very reliable and dependable method of saving and backing up your contract safely
Great product, but….
Seems like it does what it’s supposed to do, but figure it out on your own because you’ll get zero support. Developers ignored multiple attempts at my asking a question.

Easy to use But PLEASE STOP telling me the file may be too big at 4mb. IT'S NOT! You need to UPDATE this. I've sent email to support TWICE years ago... only reply was "we'll get back to you soon" but "soon" ended a long, long time ago. Now when you click on contact support it does nothing. NO SUPPORT!!
iOS 26.4 brought a new problem where the keyboard doesn't load properly when trying to send the email using my iPad. An update is needed.

Can’t import contacts
I have bought this on two phones from the App Store and can’t import to the receiving phone. No options to do it, nothing works - apparently this is common. Support would be appreciated as this has taken many hours.

It worked a treat, until about 4 weeks ago.
Today it loads my contacts, correctly identified duplicates, when I run remove duplicates nothing happens. When I immediately re-run remove duplicates, it immediately bombs out to Home Screen.
I haven’t looked at the logs, I’m quietly hoping this is an iOS v26 compatibility issue soon to be resolved.
Genuinely hope there’s a fix. I’ve turned it off and on again (deleted/reinstall, checked permissions etc)
I do have people contact backups both from the app and my own, I’m tempted to restore contacts to a prior version the app was happy with, but don’t have a sandbox to test in.

Does not send email
Cost money for nothing. It does not send the email after charging money.
Great utility
I’ve used the free version for years and didn’t really realize there was a pro version until recently. Happy to pay the $1.99 for pro as thanks for the great use I’ve had of it. Also like the duplicate contact check in pro. Haven’t had any issues with either version. Both work as described.

К сожалению не помогло, деньги списали за покупку а приложение не работает. Не рекомендую.
Fraud
The app makes motions like it is saving all your contacts to a PCF file. It next show shows you an email button to press. But pressing that button does absolutely nothing. It does not ask you for an email address nor do anything else. Thankfully, I only wasted two dollars.
