This app allows you to back up and restore your phone's contacts without needing a computer or cloud synchronization. You can send your contacts as a .vcf file via email to yourself or others, making it easy to transfer or recover them on any device that can read the VCard format.
Restoring your contacts is simple. Just open the .vcf backup file that you previously emailed to yourself directly within your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad Mail client. Tapping the file will initiate the restore process for your address book.
The basic version of the app is free to use, and it includes features like offline backup and restore. However, the VCF backup is limited to a maximum of 500 contacts. For unlimited contact backup, you will need to download the PRO version, which is a paid upgrade.
The app is designed for iOS devices, including iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. The backup files are created in a universal VCard (.vcf) format, which can be read by most devices and operating systems, allowing for broad compatibility when transferring contacts.
Yes, you can easily transfer contacts between iOS devices using just the email client. By backing up your contacts to a .vcf file and emailing it to yourself, you can then open that file on another iOS device to restore them to its address book.
